Digital Delivery

All Acceleron Aerospace programs, courses, and educational materials are delivered digitally via email and our online platforms. No physical shipping is involved for standard program enrollment.

Physical Materials

In cases where physical materials (e.g., certificates of completion, printed research papers, event merchandise) are dispatched, the following shipping terms apply:

• Domestic (India): Delivered within 7–14 business days via registered post or courier. Shipping charges, if applicable, will be communicated at the time of order.
• International: Delivered within 15–30 business days. International shipping costs and import duties are borne by the recipient.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at the time of enrollment. Acceleron Aerospace is not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect address information provided by the participant.

Lost or Damaged Items

If physical materials are lost or arrive damaged, contact us at contact@acceleron.space within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will investigate and arrange a replacement where possible.
