At Acceleron Aerospace, we strive to provide exceptional educational programs and publication services. This policy outlines our return and refund guidelines.

Internships

Due to the nature of internship programs, internships are not eligible for refunds.

Courses

• Full Refund: Available within 15 days of purchase, provided no modules have been accessed.
• Course Cancellation: If a course is canceled by Acceleron Aerospace, a full refund will be issued.

Live Sessions

• Pre-Registered Sessions: Refunds allowed if canceled at least 48 hours before the session.
• Free Live Sessions: Not eligible for refunds.

Article Processing Charges (APCs)

• Accepted Manuscripts: APCs are non-refundable.
• Rejected Manuscripts: Full APC refund will be issued.

Refund Process

To request a refund, email us at contact@acceleron.space. Include your name, the program/service name, and the reason. Refunds are processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.

Exceptions

Acceleron Aerospace reserves the right to deny a refund if terms are violated or fraud is suspected.
