Acceleron Aerospace: Return Policy
At Acceleron Aerospace, we strive to provide exceptional educational programs and publication services. However, we understand that situations may arise where a return or refund may be necessary. This policy outlines the guidelines for returns and refunds for our internships, courses, live sessions, and article processing charges (APCs).
1.Internships:
Due to the nature of internship programs, internships are not eligible for refunds.
2.Courses:
- Full Refund: We offer a full refund within 15 days of purchase for any course, provided no modules have been accessed. After accessing any course module, refunds will not be granted.
- Course Cancellation: In the rare case that Acceleron Aerospace cancels a course, a full refund will be issued to all registered participants.
3.Live Sessions:
- Pre-Registered Sessions: Refunds for pre-registered live sessions will be granted if a cancellation request is submitted at least 48 hours prior to the session date. No refunds will be provided for cancellations within 48 hours of the session.
- Free Live Sessions: Free live sessions are not eligible for refunds.
4.Article Processing Charges (APCs):
- Accepted Manuscripts: Once a manuscript has been accepted for publication, APCs are non-refundable.
- Rejected Manuscripts: If your manuscript is rejected for publication, you will receive a full refund of the APC.
5.Refund Process:
To request a refund, please contact us at [email protected]. Be sure to include your name, the program or service you are requesting a refund for, and the reason for your request. We will process your request within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
6.Exceptions:
Acceleron Aerospace reserves the right to deny a refund request at its sole discretion if the request violates our Terms and Conditions or if fraudulent activity is suspected.
