- Registration Fee: ₹500 per author for Indian participants, $10 per author for international participants.
Submission Process:
- Submit Your Paper: If you have conducted innovative or impactful research, submit your paper via the form provided.
- Submit Your Video Presentation: Along with your paper, upload a 10-15 minute video presentation that provides a comprehensive explanation of your research. To ensure a smaller file size, consider using Zoom to record the video.
- Get Selected: Both your paper and video presentation will undergo a thorough review process. If your submission is selected, you will receive a cash prize from Acceleron Aerospace.

- 1st Prize: ₹4000
- 2nd Prize: ₹2000
- 3rd Prize: ₹1000
Publication Details:
All submitted papers will be published in the Acceleron Aerospace Journal (AAJ) and the International Journal of Advanced Research and Interdisciplinary Scientific Endeavours. Furthermore, the proceedings of the Acceleron Aerospace Summit 2024 will be indexed in major scientific databases including Google Scholar, Scilit, CORE, NASA ADS, and Semantic Scholar.
Rules and Regulations:
- Eligibility: The summit is open to everyone, regardless of affiliation or background.
- Submission Limit: Each author can submit up to two papers. Each paper submission requires a separate registration fee.
- Review Process: All submissions will undergo a rigorous peer-review process to ensure the highest quality of research is presented.
- Video Presentation: Your video presentation should be between 10-15 minutes in length. Ensure that the video clearly explains your research and findings.
- Originality: All submissions must be original and not previously published or under consideration for publication elsewhere.
- Registration Fee: A registration fee of ₹500 is applicable per author for Indian participants, and $10 for international participants. This fee is non-refundable and must be paid at the time of submission.
- Format: Papers should be submitted in the prescribed format, which will be provided upon registration. Ensure that all figures, tables, and references are appropriately formatted.
- Ethics: All participants must adhere to ethical guidelines in research, ensuring the integrity and originality of their work.
